Consultant shall provide services to organization to support and maintain the following: Development, maintenance, and support for HR ETL, ETL Development / Test / Production Support. Deliverables: Build and Test: Assist in Data Model design, ETL Development, Unit Testing. Support for BVT (Bus Validation Test), Bug fixes, redeployment of code to test stage. Readiness and Review: Prepare final code for deployment, Prepare packages for deployment Deployment Support, Production deployment, Smoke test after deployment. Post-golive support: ETL monitoring for main ETL HR and ETL.
Key role expectations :
-Perform Batch Monitoring and Scheduling and ensure SLA´s are met
-Create Technical Transformation Rules based on Business Transformation Rules
-Perform migration of ETL (Extract-Transform-Load) objects across development and test environments
-Proficient in PL/SQL coding and performance tuning of Oracle SQL queries
-Have actively worked on Informatica 9.5.1 and prior versions.
-Lead the ETL team in implementing a ´proactive´ support monitoring vs a reactive monitoring / resolution
-Have worked on HR BI and HRMS integration
-Exposure/experience to BigData concepts and implementation.
-Total experience to be 10+ years, of which most/all to be on the above skill sets.

Job Description:
As part of a Mobility / WiFI Project Initiative, we are putting a team in place to perform End-to-End solutions, performance, Scalability Tests. Looking for a Network Engineer to ensure the continued enhancement of features in the production network. For this role, you be faced with both scaling the network and providing additional features necessary for the variety of applications and services of the customers demand.
Responsibilities:
- Work with other team members and groups to develop scalable network designs, solutions and policy recommendations
- Identify, research, evaluate and recommend the selection of network related tools and emerging network technologies
- Support internal application groups by identifying and presenting their network-impacting requirements to the rest of the network engineering team
- Support and implement growing network infrastructure
Requirements:
- BA or BS in EE/CS or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience on a service provider or enterprise-level network in engineering or design roles working with Cisco technologies - routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, protocols, etc.
- Network certifications such as CCDA/CCNP/CCIE (or equivalent training/experience) are preferred but not required
- Deep and substantial operational experience with enterprise/carrier-class routers and switches (experience with Cisco required)
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, GRE, IPSec, POS, PPP, VRRP, HSRP, and SNMP protocols
- Superior network routing protocol troubleshooting skills in BGP, OSPF, EIGRP and MPLS
- Strong knowledge of datacenter design and layout.
- Experience with standard network change management and configuration policies.
- Experience with Unix administration
- Shell or Perl scripting knowledge a plus
- Experience and flexibility regarding on-call responsibilities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work well independently and on a team.
- Excellent communications skills with the ability to influence others with your network engineering solutions

The Role
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for defining the requirements, user stories, and screens for a new consumer service portal to help customers like you and me realize the highest level of service possible from Service Providers. (That's all we can say right now since we are Stealth). You will work closely with the Vice President of Engineering to deliver the first and subsequent versions of this new web and mobile portal.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience in defining requirements, user stories, and screens for web-based consumer facing services (6yrs+)
• Extensive experience in defining requirements, user stories, and screens for mobile-based consumer facing services (4yrs+)
• Experience with Agile Process (4 yrs+)
• Skills at designing wire frames (2 yrs+)
• Experience interacting with corporate customers who cater to consumers for their requirements (4yrs+)
• Track record of taking at least two products or services from inception to release and then multiple versions of thereafter,
• Experience managing a small team of product managers (3 yrs+)
A plus to have any of the following:
• Big Data Experience (at least 1 year)
• Analytics Experience (at least 1 year)

The Sr. QA Engineer is involved throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that the final product meets customer needs. The QA role is not post-development, but is involved from the beginning to build test cases and to ensure that implications and complications are surfaced early in the design process. This engineer is the ultimate team player, and will be involved in multiple development efforts for each release cycle. The QA team is the customer's advocate and determines which features are released and when they are released.

• Participate in the design of major features from initial requirements through customer acceptance
• Create test cases and build test automation tools for feature release and performance testing
• Work with the development team to help them build use cases and test coverage (including test data and development sandbox companies), understanding the necessary tradeoffs and investing the appropriate amount of time on difficult issues
• Manage all test activities for development projects, including bug/defect tracking and reporting, integration/ user-acceptance, and regression testing activities.
• Manage test activity to support project schedules, milestones, and deadlines.

• BS or MS (MS preferred) in Computer Science

As part of a Mobility / WiFI Project Initiative, we are putting a team in place to perform End-to-End solutions, performance, Scalability Tests. •Requires hands-on experience with one or more of the WAN and network layer protocols and high-performance test equipment such as SmartBits, IXIA, Adtech, and Agilent
•Collaboration and teamwork.
•Translate E2E solution level performance and capacity test results into system design guidelines (considering customer/business requirements).
•Provide Demo and Pre-Sales support for the field.
•Work with cross-platform test teams and influence upstream improvements based on lessons learned after completion of projects.
•Drive the end to end automation requirements and development of the test cases using ATS methodology or any other newer methods to improve end to end test coverage/Regression.

[KITlist-Tech] From Sue: Openings remaining for ProMatch 7/24 and 7/31
Hello Everyone,
I've received excellent reviews from KIT List members about ProMatch, a free service from the California EDD, that has many features to help professionals with career growth, including Brown Bag sessions.
ProMatch has some openings for its orientations this Wednesday and next, 7/24 and 7/31.

Brown Bag Session Friday 7/26:
Active members of ProMatch can attend these talks which are put on by any current or alumni members. They present on any trending, how-to or skill-sharing topic they wish. It's a great way to test drive material and polish up those public speaking skills.
This Friday's Brown Bag is on "Mind Map Your Way to Career Success" and is presented by LaNor Maune, a communications consultant and writer. Faced with the managing her expanding career growth, LaNor created a career map to balance her attention on her wide range of professional activities. She will share her career management success and run mapping activities to figure out what aspects job searchers want in their career plan and where these elements fit in: professional goals, continuing eduction, volunteer work, professional organizations, social media, and more.
