Job Description:
The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for evangelizing IntacctÂ's best-in-class strategy to SMB prospects and customers. Technical sales engineers will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide advice and support for integrating enterprise applications with Intacct. The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for evoking confidence in IntacctÂ's technology infrastructure and customization framework, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. The Technical Sales Engineer will uncover business requirements, develop a solution sales strategy, and create and effectively demonstrate IntacctÂ's solutions that address customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
Â• The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for presenting the benefits of IntacctÂ's solutions to all levels including lines of business managers, IT managers, developers and Â"CÂ" level executives. The Technical Sales Engineer should be able to articulate:
o Using the Intacct Web Services APIÂ's
o Using the Intacct Platform Product
o Intacct Integrations with third party applications
Â• The Technical Sales Engineer will be required create workflows and POCs to demonstrate custom integrated solutions
Â• Meet quarterly and annual quota objectives working in tandem with the Corporate and Channel Sales Representatives
Â• Assist the marketing department in conducting webinars and product sessions at user conferences
Provide input to other cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect requests and product enhancements as needed

Job Requirements:
Â• 7-10 years experience as a solutions consultant for a SaaS provider (accounting or financial software application experience preferred)
Â• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working with web-based programming languages such as PHP, Python, Perl, JavaScript and XML
Â• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a customer interfacing support role
Â• Excellent understanding of integration techniques between systems using web services
Â• Experience with SQL databases in cloud computing environments is a PLUS
Â• An understanding and exposure to standard accounting modules (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Invoicing) is highly desired
Â• Hands-on experience with SaaS applications such as SalesForce.com is highly desired
Â• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Â• We are looking for a strong problem solver with critical thinking skills who can identify root causes and solve difficult problems

The Senior Security Engineer will work closely with the development and operations teams, and will be the primary contributor to security analysis, evaluation, and improvement. This engineer will participate in code reviews and design reviews for security implications of all projects and will lead development efforts for specific security projects. We seek a Project Manager to join the newly created Project Management Office of the Quality and Business Processes team based in San Jose, CA.
The Project Manager will simultaneously lead multiple cross-functional projects across the business and provide solutions to a diverse range of small to medium sized moderately complex projects, and be a key contributor to large/complex company-wide initiatives.

These initiatives are highly cross-functional with strong business implications and will typically have high business impact and require a great deal of coordination and communication across various departments within Symmetricom.

Duties and Responsibilities

*The Project Manager will be a key contributor to the success of the Corporate Project Management Office including managing the project pipeline, vetting of the business cases, coordinating support of the PMO steering committee of key company executives, and developing and deploying program-wide metrics and milestone management.

*These projects will be championed by a departmental director/manager working with the business stakeholders and project sponsor to determining the project leadership or coaching role as assigned to the Project Manager.

*Projects may include attributes impacting the business success factors, efficiency or customer satisfaction, for example: processes impacting ERP, CRM; M&A; process redesign, product pricing, and corporate technology systems deployment.

*Accountability with the functional managers to each keep project on track

*Create and maintain project issues tracking and risk mitigation

*Act as a team Business Analyst or Process Analyst, per requirement

*Report status, risks and mitigation to VP and Corporate PMO steering committee

*Escalate material deviations in a timely, constructive and action-oriented manner

*Manage multiple projects simultaneously

-Coordinate indirectly entire program scope of corporate initiatives managed by Project Manager directly, or by others designated in the organization

Qualifications and experience required for this role:

*BachelorÂ's degree, MBA or post graduate education with 8+ yearsÂ' experience ; 5 + years project management experience in a software or hardware technology industry

*PMP certification or equivalent preferred

*Management of projects and program timelines, risks, resources, scope and budget as well as motivating and leading others, through vision, strategic positioning, and leadership characteristics is required.

*Power level user in MS-Project, MS-SharePoint, MS-Excel (including advanced analysis skills),

*Strong leadership skills that include the ability to lead a team comprised of cross-department and cross-level resources

*Demonstrated team-building skills that include bringing people together from various disciplines, experience, and levels to work together towards a common goal

*Powerful, clear communication skills that include the ability to communicate with various levels and departments within the company; Capacity to negotiate with peers and leadership

*Discipline, organization and analytical skills that include experience responding to changing needs and shifting priorities while minimizing project impact

*Financial ROI analysis experience is essential

*Experience working with structured methodologies (a Product Development Lifecycle methodology preferred)

*Six Sigma, process mapping, re-engineering experience preferred;

-Extensive project leadership experience in moderate to large enterprise projects affecting company business processes, structures or information technology infrastructure is a key success factor.

In order to have enough great jobs for everyone, we need you to tell employers and recruiters about the KIT List so we can get everyone back to work (or into new jobs) faster. The power of friends helping friends is the whole spirit of the KIT List!

KIT LIST TIPS:

This is the monthly reminder to let you know that if the volume of KIT emails is getting too much for your system, here are three options to help you manage them:

1. Direct all KIT emails to a special folder:

Some email systems allow you to create separate folders within your in-box. Create a KIT List folder and then create an email filter that will direct any emails with the word "KIT" in the subject line into that folder.

2. Have your emails grouped into one (or more) KIT email per day:

You can choose "Daily Digest" on your YahooGroups email preferences so that instead of getting individual emails. About twenty individual emails are then combined into one. Depending on the email volume for the day, you may receive more than one digest email.

Go to the KIT List home page on Yahoo Groups at:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/KITlist-Tech/

Go to the "Edit Membership" link near the top of the page right above the blue bar saying "Sue Connelly's Keep In Touch List." Under Step 2, choose "Daily Digest" in the "Message Delivery" section. Hit the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page, and you should be all set.

3. Stop all KIT emails and view jobs via the Web:

Go to the KIT List home page on Yahoo Groups at:

Go to the "Edit Membership" link near the top of the page right above the blue bar saying "Sue Connelly's Keep In Touch List." Then go under "Message Delivery" and choose "Special Notices." Be sure to choose "Special Notices" since we do occasionally send out important messages from the moderators. Then hit the "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the page.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in successfully managing cross functional teams developing complex software development projects. MedComm Solutions is a medium-sized, premier provider of Drug Information and consulting services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. As a result of strong demand for our services, we currently have openings for a full-time software application administrator / programmer with excellent verbal/written communication and customer service skills. The company is centrally located in Emeryville, with easy access to SF, Berkeley, and the East Bay.

The ideal candidate will be able to work well within a small IT group to provide programming solutions for a fast growing company with diverse client needs. Self motivation and a passion for programming are essential for this position. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Applicant must possess strong VBA and SQL skills in order to assist in the maintenance and upgrades to a Microsoft Access 2010 front end coupled with a SQL Server 2008 R2 backend. SQL Server administration (DBA) skills are a definite plus.

SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complex Data Maintenance / Application Administration
VBA Programming (ADO experience preferred)
T-SQL Programming (queries, stored procedures, etc.)
Microsoft Access Query Building (ad hoc)
SQL Server 2008 R2 familiarity (DBA skills a plus)
General Office Technical Support

We are is looking for software developers interested in building a large scale and low-maintenance automated regression test library for a groundbreaking and revolutionary enterprise infrastructure product.

WeÂ're bringing the highly scalable, economic datacenter infrastructure of the largest Internet companies (such as AmazonÂ's EC2) to the marketplace. Inspired by the core infrastructure systems at Google (our co-founder/CTO was the chief architect of the Google File System), our converged virtualization product can scale to manage petabytes of data while running thousands of virtual machines. WeÂ're disrupting the multi-billion dollar virtualization industry by eliminating the need for network and SAN storage.

WeÂ're looking for someone who is up to the challenge of doubling our QA testing capacity by automating our extensive suite of complex manual tests. In addition to the test automation work, you will support a successful product delivery schedule by running tests and analyzing failures. The ideal candidate will have a strong arsenal of diverse skills and a proven track record of quickly implementing, maintaining, and running a reliable automated regression test library.

You will be:
â— Designing, implementing and maintaining automated tests and test tools
â— Executing manual and automated tests to find bugs
â— Working closely with development engineers to analyze and find root cause of failures
â— Filing bugs and track them to closure

You must have:
â— Expertise writing object-oriented code using Python
â— Experience developing extensible maintainable automated tests and test frameworks
â— Used open source tools for test, build and release management such as git, gcc, and make
â— Experience testing a Â"systemsÂ" product (file systems, storage systems, databases, operating systems, hypervisors, or networking)
â— Strong systems administration experience in UNIX, preferably Linux
â— Experience using virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or Xen. VMware is preferred.

Qualifications and Experience:
â— BS and/or MS in Computer Science or related field is required.
â— Minimum of 5 or more years of software development experience.
