Job: 1373 - Senior Planner

Job Description:
The incumbent will be the backup to the Manager of Planning and Logistics

Experience in:

1) Product Line Planning:
- Factory (inside or outside) detail SO job scheduling, or PO release generation, per backlog, or Operations Plan demand, over multiple Orgs.
- Interface with Factory Management on capacity planning, and job scheduling per backlog demand, and SO commits
- Sales order commit date assignment, tracking
- Sales Operations interface, communication on schedule date changes
- Purchasing or Program Mgt. interface to assure shortages, or new product demand is placed, and expedited.
- Operations Plan creation or assist monthly. for assigned products
- E&O reporting monthly early warnings, formal reserve recommendations input, quarterly
- ATP/Weekly production table, shortage list, negative ATP reports weekly generation, follow up.
- EC approvals, implementation, cost impact analysis for assigned products
- Responsible for MRP demand loading and adjustment, per Operations Plan.
- Creates and monitors independent demand and historical usage, to support Factory or Service RMA requirements

2) Inventory management:
- Responsible for all facets of assigned Factory or work cell inventory management, cycle count integrity. Manage Factory PI's as necessary.
- Excess WIP inventory management, reduction initiatives
- BOM attribute management, maintenance, routings.
- MRB, NCR processing, other WIP inventory transactions as needed.
- Recommends, maintains safety stock, or min/max replenishment on key products. Recommends on MOQ's.

3) Supplier Interface/Purchasing:
- Initiate, generate PO releases for either ATO or fixed BOM configuration.
- Follow up with site Program Mgt. to ensure receipt, execution to promise date.
- Shortage or allocation monitoring, resolution,
- Supplier capacity monitoring to meet demand requirements, escalation if warranted, in cases of over consumption or inability to meet Sales expedite requests
- Resolve issues with demand changes.
- Interface with Program Mgt.(local and site) on pricing questions, AP issue resolution.
- KANBAN level monitoring, input to adjustments as necessary, for items in demand pull programs.

Required Job Skills:
- Ability to challenge and facilitate forecast requirements with cross functional marketing and financial groups
- Ability to build inventory prediction models, drive initiatives that generate inventory velocity to established goals
- Ability to communicate with senior management regarding supply constraints, order promising, product transitions, E& O, LTB decisions with accuracy and confidence.
- Have an aptitude for process and tools in order to continuously to improve efficiency of execution
- People skills to manage or lead cross functional teams
- Expert Excel user, Oracle 11i, Database mgt., report writer software (Access, Discoverer) Agile

Years of Direct Experience Required:
- 7 to 10 yrs.

Areas of Direct Experience:
- Sr. level Planner/Buyer or Master Scheduler, with Mgt. experience, in medium volume, high mix electronics manufacturing

Educational Requirements:
- BA/BS/MS in Business, Material Science, Industrial Engineering, or Technology
- APICS Certification

Title IT Risk Management Analyst
Group Summary The IT Risk Management and Compliance function is responsible for building and promoting an enterprise wide IT Risk Management and Compliance Program, specifically:

Scope
• Support the IT Risk Management leader for assigned Business Units in developing and promoting the IT Risk Management and Compliance Program
- Support the initial development and implementation of a risk assessment process

Initial Deliverables

Experience

Responsibilities:

The Senior Data Services Consultant plays a critical role in our customer implementations resulting in a successful transition to our hosted environment. POSITION SUMMARY:

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of IT, the consultant will be responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the integration of applications between diverse platforms both internally and with business partners. Salary: $120k Base Salary plus bonus with stock options

Company: Our Company is a Stage 2 tech company directly offering its, inventory control and asset management, system to the hospitality industry, including; hotels, restaurants, bars and clubs. As a dynamic, well managed and well funded organization, whose product has been 3 years in development, we are now setting the stage for a large and rapid roll out of our system across the domestic hospitality sector. Although our product is a technology based product, we are not selling technology but rather a solution, ROI, and service to small and medium sized businesses and large corporate groups. Currently with 30 plus staff our company will grow to 150 over the next 2 years, including some 75 Sales and Business Development staff, domestically.

Position: The Senior Vice President of Engineering candidate will have extensive experience leading software product development organizations, as well as RFID, sensor network and wireless products and solutions. He/She will responsible for the architecture & implementation of the company's new generation of inventory control and asset management strategies, perform complex analytical work in providing office engineering and field engineering support for multiple product lines ensuring technical competence and product design compliance. He/She will work closely with other functional leaders in the company, including those in software, operations, finance, sales, and marketing and will be responsible for all of the company's products such as the bar management system, top shelf and stockroom solutions, and new development activities.

A highly collaborative and open leadership style will be critical to work effectively across the many constituents required for success in this role. Solid understanding of engineering technical issues/needs, financial, sales, and marketing as related to product design and development are key as well as strong management capabilities and mature business judgment with the ability to balance conflicting priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; MS preferred, with at least 10 years in a senior management position. Past experience with Project Management and/or management of subcontractors is highly desired. We are looking for only the best, hands on, and technically capable and well-rounded talent to become an integral part of our team. The position reports to the SEVP.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct the overall engineering activities of multiple design departments to include budgeting, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects.
• Develop and lead strategic planning for and direction and control of beverage inventory and management product development activities.
• Manage technical direction and guidance, as well as hands-on project involvement, for all hardware development.
• Ensure the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet product development and marketing requirements, per the product and/or marketing requirements document.
• Develop and lead new product introduction from engineering prototypes through production release with a complete bill of materials.
• Actively involved in hire and direct staff of senior group members and directors to get necessary resources and plan to meet scheduled commitments.
• Plan and direct the overall engineering activities of multiple design departments to include budgeting, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
• Ensure products are designed in accordance with DFT and DFM standards and review and analyze daily market requirements.
• Establish specific RoHS & WEEE strategies for products sold in Europe and define a compliant transition strategy for OEM.
• Manage development of engineering specifications, document control and change control processes, organize change submissions, facilitate approval process, finalize change records, and release finished documents.
• Ensure engineering goals, cost reduction, and quality objectives are meet in time.
• Provide visible and effective leadership within the company as well as with customers and partners.

Requirements:

• BS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science; MS preferred.
• At least 10 years in a senior management position.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a highly effective outside engineering team.
• Strong management capabilities and mature business judgment with the ability to balance conflicting priorities.
• Must know how to work collaboratively with other teams.
