Technical Requirements:

* 5 years of Web development experience (Javascript, CSS, and other web frameworks)
* 2+ years of development experience with Ruby and Rails (RoR)
* Expertise in Ruby, JQuery, and CSS
* Must have executed projects (design to deployment) with Rails - preferably Rails-3
* Experience working on projects with BDD using RSpec and Cucumber
* UI testing experience with WebRat, Waitr, Selenium
* Must have understanding of Object Oriented Design (OOD)

Description of Duties
Calibrate equipment in accordance to specifications per procedures.
Repair equipment in accordance with internal procedures.

Perform Field Service as required.
Complete documentation on work performed.
Complete Customer Discrepancy reports for applicable sections.
Customer interaction, when necessary, upon request of personnel within various departments.

We require
Education in technical theory (electronics or mechanical).
2 years experience in Metrology.
Proficiency in techniques of measurement and/or repair.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

At SE Laboratories, we are focused on the needs of our customers. The metrology technician is responsible for calibration and support of client needs at the location. This position will meet with service customers to address issues and assist the sales department in generating new business.

Description of Duties
•Repair and calibrate a wide variety of general purpose Mechanical tools, ranging form digital and dial indicators, calipers, O.D/I.D. micrometers, bore gauges, thread, cylindrical and Height Gauges.
•Develop and maintain high customer service and satisfaction levels while interfacing with customers.
•Focus on business growth and increased profitability
•Manage multiple customers/issues in parallel
•Prioritize and/or reschedule tasks with minimal impact to customer service.
•Maintain company records as required

We Require
•TMDE/PMEL certified or Associates degree in Mechanical Technologies
•Minimum of 1 to 2 years Calibration or testing experience with mechanical devices and tools
•Experience with power and hand tools
•Lift up to 65 pounds
•3 years experience with customers in a service business
•Local daily travel up to 10%.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

You will be tasked to develop a high quality database of candidates from companies related to our current and new technology sector, as well as high potentials to support our growth model.

As a Contract Sourcer, you will need to be creative in your sourcing, using on-line databases, as well as sourcing passive candidates through cold calling, complex internet searches and research. Your skills need to include the ability to talk to potential candidates and build rapport to solicit name generation within any level of an organization.

Responsibilities:

Data-mine utilizing a number of sources i.e, LinkedIn, job boards, user groups
Network current database for referrals and follow up with candidates
Decrease cycle times for candidate identification
Ability to implement targeted souring initiatives
Partner with recruiter and hiring managers to leverage strategy
Ability to quickly understand hiring specifications in SaaS and Professional Services organizations
Highly effective in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision
Requirements

3+ years of proven success sourcing experience in software-related and SaaS technology companies
Well-versed in Boolean logic, X-Ray searches and ruse techniques to locate candidates
Computer savvy and adept at using ATS systems (Jobvite desired)
Ability to generate a high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
Prior agency experience is preferred
Exceptional team communication skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities are essential to this position.

Requirements

Summary: The Solution Consultant works in tandem with the Account Manager to drive new sales opportunities from qualification to close. 3. Strategize with the Account Manager on the next best activities to move deal further down the sales funnel
4. Prepare and conduct proof-of-concept and pilots including coordinating all aspects of setup and training if needed
5. Prepare and coordinate the eGain response to RFI/RFP from clients during the pre-sales cycle
6. Expertly handle customer questions on functional / technical capabilities during meetings / presentations, and if needed, adapt presentation / demo to customer´s line of questioning

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in a technical discipline
2. Five or more years experience as Solution Consultant / Sales Engineer working with enterprise software applications (Oracle, SAP, Kana, Rightnow, Knova, ATG, Talisma, Salesforce)
3. Software development experience – basic expertise with DHTML, CSS, JSP, JAVA and SQL is essential
