Envision Technology Marketing Group, Inc. (ETMG), is seeking Web Marketing Producer for web production, web marketing execution and web analytics for a client company in San Jose. Our client has web sites for over 60 countries in more than 30 languages. Candidates must have experience in daily content production of a large web site; strong HTML skills, and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects. The Web Marketing Producer must be able to handle multiple responsibilities concurrently, and the ability and desire to expand knowledge and responsibilities into other areas of expertise a huge plus.
What you'll do
•Author and manage multiple content updates on localized company sites working with marketing content providers
•Manage promotion calendars with international producers to ensure smooth and consistent promotion launches in all GEOs.
•Work with cross-functional groups to prioritize and implement new features and updates across adobe.com web sites
•Identify, log, and track bugs with internal development team.
•Manage and prioritize multiple, simultaneous content updates and new feature requests
•Implement tracking codes and build reports based on company internal best practices.
•Deliver clear instruction and/or code necessary to run A/B tests and closed offers.
•Understand the principles of URL rewrites, redirects and short URLs, and be proactive in setting these up when necessary.
•Ensure web pages meet company SEO standards.
•Organize and manage large sets of web assets using Adobe���s Digital Asset Manager.
•Ensure web pages follow web standards and cross-browser/device functionality
•Adhere to design and production guidelines as provided and communicated by the international web team
•Work collaboratively with regional offices, in-country resources and the international web team to establish content and publishing plans
•Work with global teams across time zones on projects
Desired Skills and Experience/What you need to succeed
•Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
•Candidates must have three to five years of online content production experience using Content Management Systems, and version control
•Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across web production, web marketing execution, tracking, analytics, etc.
•Ability to justify needs with impact to business.
•Ability to manage project dependencies and expectations from external teams.
•Strong knowledge of HTML, XHTML, XML, Dreamweaver and Microsoft Office; good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop a plus
•A good understanding of SEO and Web Analytics.
•Previous experience in web development a plus
•Previous experience in Javascript and CSS a plus
•Previous experience with Adobe Target and Adobe SiteCatalyst a plus
•Previous experience with retargeting and tag management a plus
•Detail-oriented self-starter who takes initiative and is able to work independently
•Ability to quickly comprehend dynamic enterprise workflows and process
•Strong interpersonal skills and written communication skills
•Ability to send clear instructions so that multiple and changing team mates can pick up and interpret with ease.
•Ability to work with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones
