Software Engineer for Cloud Technologies needed for long term project work for a direct Client Company. Client Company is stable and growing.
**Due to the nature of the interview process, local candidates with local experience only please (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)
The Cloud and Technology team works across all the development teams, providing solutions that unifies and make our client more efficient.
Job Responsibilities:
-Design and develop software components for high availability and high performance cloud solutions
-Contribute with new ideas, and evaluate multiple solutions with your peers before settling down on specific solutions
-Background in Computer Science, with several years of hands-on development, while at the same time having coordinated and orchestrated efforts, either as a team lead, team manager, or architect.
-Willing and able to take complete ownership of initiatives and make pragmatic technical decisions.
Required Skills/Experience:
-8+ years experience in software development
-Having done work in multiple languages, using multiple software stacks
-Expert in at least one of Java, Nodejs, Python or C++ working knowledge in the rest
-Proficient Mathematic and Algorithm skills/exp.
-Proficient in Linux, and Linux tools
-Strong Experience with Automation, unit testing, regression testing, load testing and anything that improves the quality of the code.
-Have a good working knowledge of AWS
