Encore Fellowships Non-Profit IT Positions

Are you a seasoned professional looking for a second act in the social impact sector? Encore Fellowships provide paid, transitional engagements in non-profit organizations for those, typically 50+, with 20 plus years professional experience, who wish to move to the sector.

If you have skills in IT, nonprofits need your strategic and operational talent.

Currently, a large food bank in San Jose needs a System Administrator to manage the IT Help desk, document processes, manage vendors, manage assets and more, and need a Help Desk Technician to support users on the computer system.

Matches are made based on skills, interest, and availability of positions at non-profit hosts and needs change continually throughout the year.. Positions are in the Silicon Valley area. Fellowships are 1000 hours, typically part-time for a year, and include a $25,000 stipend for the hours, education on the sector and networking with a cohort of peers.
