Channel Impact is seeking an experienced Digital/UX Copywriter, who will use clear, approachable language to craft experiences that put our users first and make complex technology refreshingly simple, human and interesting. You're a great fit if you have excellent writing skills and understand how content affects the usability of a website, landing page, search ad or mobile app. Understanding what motivates people to take action helps you find unique and effective solutions. You are curious by nature and unafraid to take initiative.

This is a full-time W2 role at Channel Impact and includes benefits. You will work remotely anywhere in the US, side-by-side our high-tech client.

Responsibilities:
Write meaningful, creative and converting digital copy for our Client's website (parent company), SEO initiatives and paid ads. - you must understand the power of microcopy and write captivating headlines

Connect customer journey needs with business goals, design direction and brand guidelines to create content effectively for digital experiences

Partner with designers, subject matter experts and other content strategists on copy creation for website redesign project

Create product narratives and content frameworks that explain and justify your recommendations

Ensure consistency across all end-user touchpoints (think product names, labels, navigational elements, tutorials and notifications)

Contribute to user testing assets, interpret results and implement into final deliverables

Help build the tone for digital experiences that are clear, simple and personal

Use metrics and research to inform and validate your work

Requirements (About You):

At least 5 years of experience in digital/UX copywriting experience

Experience in a B2B enterprise technology organization

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism or related field that emphasizes storytelling and strategic thinking, or equivalent working experience

A portfolio of samples that demonstrate your skill and effectiveness as a UX writer

Background in user experience or product design

Copywriting or content strategy experience in other environment is useful, as long as you can articulate how your approach would adapt to the world of complex enterprise software

A knack for distilling complicated topics into language anyone can grasp

Experience with content management systems (CMS)

If you like to identify gaps in processes, inefficiencies that could be smoothed over, or things that simply could work better, then you'll fit right in

Ability to strategically prioritize multiple projects. You'll have plenty to do—know where your efforts will have the most impact

Highly organized with a focus on owning a project through all stages of execution.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, multi-task and positively adjust in a fast-paced environment
