Company has just closed a large round of financing and has solid financial backing from large corporate and financial investors that gives us several years of runway. Founded by an experienced team with many industry notables involved in various capacities. Company currently employs approximately around 50 people in US and we are ramping up the team to 75
Senior BIOS/Firmware Engineer
BS/BTech with 7+ years of experience ´OR´ MS/MTech with 5+ years of experience.
2+ years experience with Assembly Language
2+ years expert level experience with C Language
Strong expertise in EFI BIOS Architecture Preferred expertise in Tiano Architecture in EDK I and/or EDK II frameworks Strong expertise in CSM Module and/or Legacy BIOS development
Experience developing BIOS for different boards and performed several successful board bring ups individually. Candidates should have written EFI Drivers and Legacy BIOS OPROMs for different classes of devices. You should also be familiar with various hardware architecture including PCI/PCIe/VGA/SCSI/LPC/SIO/IDE etc.
You should be familiar with ACPI and Power Management. We need go we need a go getter and someone who thrives in a start up and work in a challenging environment.
