Test Automation Engineer – Clearwell Systems – Mountain View, CA

As a Test Automation engineer, you will have complete ownership of automating UI based as well as server-side test suites, making a significant impact to successful delivery of the final product.. This job involves starting from gathering requirements, exploring and evaluating available tools/technologies, and coming up with a proposal to designing/automating test suites. You will work with a team of dedicated and experienced professionals in development, QA, product management, and customer care to make significant contributions to the engineering organization. Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with functional testers to identify and gather requirements for test cases and data generation tools
• Design and develop the automation framework utilizing existing techniques and by proposing new mechanisms
• Own the regression test suite for maintenance and migration to newer releases
• Manage and own QA Regression Test Lab including Test Machines and Storage Devices
• Integrate the Test Infrastructure with the build systems
• Manage time effectively to deliver on multiple releases

Requirements:
• Fluent in programming and scripting especially in Java, Perl, Shell, Ant
• Experience working with testing tools for UI like Selenium, QTP, Jmeter
• Experience in developing test harnesses and automating test suites is a plus
• Experience testing or developing enterprise level software products
• Ability to handle multi-tasking and working on different projects.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and team player.
