YOU NEED:
BSME is required. MSME is a plus.
5- 7 yrs. technical design/analysis experience of systems (not components).
General technical strength.
Hands-on Project Management background of 5 full product development cycles involving
high volume tooled products.
Project Budgeting/Scheduling.
Project and Technical Reporting.
Strong working knowledge of design using, injection molded plastics and Chassis/system level sheet metal.
Solid experience working with clients/vendors.
An attitude of dedication and taking ownership of your work.
Hands on performance in shop/lab work
US Citizenship or Green Card.
M.E. ANALYSIS BACKGROUND:
Pro/E. Wildfire and/or Solid Works
Strength of materials
Structural
Surfacing
Heat transfer
Tolerance analysis
FEA, Design for Manufacturability (High & Low Volume)
Shock and vibration
YOU WILL:
• Help brainstorm/define/develop product solutions for client requirements.
• Create detailed designs/documentation to meet program objectives
• Identify/perform engineering analyses
• Test/evaluate prototypes, tooling, and first articles
• Create project schedules & manage to schedule
• Produce project/technical reports
• Select/manage suppliers for prototyping; tooling & production
• Provide client support/management
• Manage project activities/personnel
