Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. May plan and execute user acceptance testing; and creates requirements based on customer needs. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
Position will directly support the CIT Executive Dashboard which is currently inclusive of 11 individual scorecards. Analyst would be responsible for working with customers to identify requirements and subsequently develop wireframes to provide to the technical team. Additional responsibilities would be quality assurance of the data within the scorecards and ensuring the process by which data is extracted from source systems goes as planned. Analyst needs to have a strong quantitative analysis skill set to be able to quickly determine if data is accurate. Upon development of new scorecards or enhancements to existing scorecards the analyst would be expected to participate in User Acceptance Testing. Ongoing responsibilities would also include management and prioritization of enhancements funneled to the technical team to develop. Position will report to the Director, Executive Decision Support.
5+ years experience in business analysis, requirements definition and deployment of business requirements to information systems.
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Working knowledge of building system solutions or business applications.
Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value.
