Responsibilities:
Provide technical sales support for our key customers in a team environment. Manage customer¡¦s new product tapeout activities, including design, mask, and process requirements. Coordinate solutions for customer issues between internal departmentsAM within multiple time zones and multiple technical competencies and organizations. Build relationships with customers for demand generation and managing production. Backup Account Managers for any customer issues, including business and logistic issues.
Requirements:
BS degree with a minimum 5 years experience in fab process integration or design, and fab operations. Excellent coordination skills between TSMC departments and customers. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Excellent customer interaction skills. Strong team player. High EQ and demonstrated ability to work under pressure with demanding customers in complex situations.
