Position requirements:
•The candidate should have 7-10 years of ATE development in aerospace or defense using LabWindows/CVI or C in a "Rack and Stack" environment.
•Be able to function as the focal point for ATE development in a matrix environment.
•Be able to pull together a single comprehensive ATE requirements document to drive the ATE development, from a diverse set of requirements, listens learned, and interviews with stakeholders.
•Be able to adapt in a highly dynamic environment while maintaining focus on ATE development.
•Strong product design experience in Hardware (i.e. analog& digital) circuits and systems from instrumentation/isolation amplifiers to FPGA designs.
•Experience in hardware design tools and documentation including schematic capture (e.g. Orcad), PCB layout, design simulation tools, etc.
•Strong knowledge and experience with test and measurement instrumentation and control such as scope, network analyzer, spectrum analyzer logic analyzer using RS232, GPIB, USB, VXI, MXI, LXI, interface.
•Strong knowledge of low-level serial communications protocols based on RS422, RS485, HDLC, asynchronous and synchrotrons.
•Familiar with National Instruments Test development software especially LabWindows/CVI.
. Ability to pull together a single comprehensive ATE performance specification requirements to drive the ATE development from a diverse set of inputs including product requirements documents •Strong product design and maintenance in software for Test equipment.
•Software experience must include 5+ years of low-level control applications in C or equivalent
Education: BS
Must have experience in Space or Defense Operations
