Senior Agile Change Analyst (Multiple Positions)

Knowledge:

•Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways.

•Experience with Agile and/or other PLM tools

Job Complexity:

•Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation.

•Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques
for obtaining solutions.

•Requires understanding of Documentation Control best practices including review and analysis of ECRs, ECOs, MCOs and Deviations.

Supervision:

Normally receives little instruction on a day-to-day basis

Job Description:

•Supports multiple product teams with the 'New Product Process'

•Requires direct interface with both Apple internal as well as external outsourcing partners.

•Product development team member who provides clear input to the project team on schedule, issues and deliverables related to documentation.

•Structure BOMs, provide analysis on changes, route & follow up on all Agile changes for quick turn around.

•Work closely with operational support teams and regional counterparts.

•Train, drive and advise team members on best practice documentation control. Enforce policies and procedures across functions.

•Provide Agile training to cross functional team members.

•Responsible for scheduling and managing product launch from documentation perspective.

•Off hour support required via e-mail and phone.

Experience:

•10 years of Change Management experience working with cross-functional teams such as Engineering and Operations.

•AA degree or equivalent experience

•Experience with PDM/PLM tools, preference with Agile experience

•Experience with ERP tools, preference with SAP

•Expertise in change management
