IT Analyst / Project Manager needed for Long term consulting opportunity at Client Company. Client is stable / public / growing.
Engineering team is looking for a self-starting IT Analyst to join its Technology team. Candidates should have a proven successful track record of delivering high quality
requirements and demonstrate the ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and have exceptional technical and communication skills.
Must have experience with Oracle and Agile.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional communication between Internal project teams. Gather requirements, Analyse specifications, etc.
- Work with Engineering Management to define plan, track and communicate and escalate as appropriate.
- Enable the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between teams
through documentation.
- Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management when necessary.
- Facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management.
- Drive day to day program activities to meet overall program objective.
Qualification and Skills Requirements:
- Good experience in IT, Oracle, Agile.
- Great leadership skills and ability to inspire team members
- Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience (documenation, user stories, etc.)
- Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
- Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty
Teamwork: the candidate must be able to communicate well with cross-functional team members, be able to efficiently collaborate with team members to achieve project goals, and contribute positively to the engineering community environment.
