Contract Job Description: (project is long term, good, stable, public, growing company)
Our Client Company is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Windows Systems Administrator / Engineer with excellent scripting skills and extensive experience in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. The project involves developing automated processes for email migration projects and supporting Exchange /mail related services and users.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Windows administrator (5+ years preferred)
- Strong PowerShell and VB scripting skills
- Prior experience managing Microsoft Exchange Server 2007
- Prior experience with Active Directory and group policies
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP including DNS and subnetting
- Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with team members and internal customers in other countries (US, India)
- Strong documentation skills
DESIREABLE SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:
- MCSE, MCSA, or other relevant technology certifications highly preferred
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange Public Folders is a plus
- Experience with Zimbra Collaboration Suite is a plus
- Experience with Email migration projects is a big plus
- Virtualization
