Sr. Java Engineer (Full Stack) needed for long term project work for Fortune 500 Client Company. Client Company is stable, public and growing.
**Due to the nature of the interview process, local candidates with local experience only please (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)
Responsibilities:
Looking for a self-starting, energetic team player that has most of their experience with front-end web technology. We also need them to understand some backend technology (Java). If we were to break up the experience in terms of percentage, it would be about 60% front-end and 40% backend. Candidate contribute to the development of world class platform applications for an Engineering team. Work closely with other engineering team members to lead, design and deliver world class engineering solutions in an exciting fast-paced environment. Ideal Candidates will need to have extensive experience with front-end web technology as well as some experience with back end (Java) technology. This is an ongoing position with multiple Web/UI related projects.
Technical Skills Competencies:
~Front End Technology:
-JavaScript (including jQuery)
-CSS3
-HTML5
~Back End Technology:
-Java
-Database knowledge
-Tomcat
-Eclipse
~Additional Skills Experience:
-Twitter Bootstrap
-Spring MVC
-Spring Security
-CSS Preprocessors (LESS, SASS)
-Javascript framework experience such as: ember.js, knockout.js, angular.js, backbone.js
