My client, Genesis Building Services, is a long-established Facilities Services company in San Mateo. They are looking for a bilingual Accounting Specialist to support all areas of accounting AND use systems to create efficient processes. This is a mix of a love of numbers and systems.

What you will be challenged with:
• Utilizing systems to their full potential
• Paying invoice in a timely and efficient manner – you get things done
• Researching and resolving any discrepancies
• Assist with accounting records and ledgers
• Account reconciliation
• Systems support – troubleshooting, figuring out what can the system do that the team doesn't know about.

What you bring to Genesis:
• A "get stuff done" attitude
• An "I can prove I can do it" attitude
• A passion for accounting – detail and accuracy are what drive you
• Exceptional Excel and systems skills – you are intermediate to advanced and not afraid to try things out
• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of work experience
• Quickbooks And Excel experience are a must
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Extreme attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
