TITLE: Senior Loudspeaker Systems Engineer/relocation to China
Our client is the leading provider of innovative, high quality audio transducers and loudspeaker systems for automotive, consumer and professional audio applications. The company offers an innovative range of products and solutions unmatched in the industry.
In order to develop their products, they have created a multicultural team of both Western and Asian Engineers permanently located in China. Due to the rapid growth of our company they are looking to expand their engineering team by adding highly talented and practical acoustic & systems engineers. Developing products for the worlds leading audio brands, this position offers a challenging and interesting experience both professionally and culturally.
As China is rapidly developing into a major manufacturing nation, this position will enable you to become confident and comfortable with operating in China, a highly desirable attribute for future career development.
The Loudspeaker Systems Engineer must understand the specific requirements of the loudspeaker design. A central objective is to achieve long term customer loyalty through exceptional product develop and to ensure a long-term business relationship by being efficient, technically competent and responsive.
The loudspeaker systems engineer will exhibit good working knowledge of driver and system design. They will also have significant working experience with the introduction of new loudspeaker products to production.
Specific Duties include:
The Loudspeaker Systems Engineer is responsible for developing specific product ranges of high quality loudspeakers from concept through to production for some of the worlds leading high end brands.
He or she should posses the following core competencies:
Design and specification of loudspeakers systems
Problem solving and product trouble shooting
Help to manage the development of loudspeaker systems with inter-disciplinary team work approach
Project related task management of supporting engineers
Interface between company and customers.
Required Experience and skills:
5 or more years of loudspeaker development experience.
Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or Acoustics or extensive high level experience.
Excellent communication skills required.
Fluency in English (Mandarin is not required) is mandatory.
Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment.
