Job Title: Jive Consultant
Duration: 6 months+
Location: San Jose, CA

Requirement details:
Technical consultant with a strong experience working on Jive for troubleshooting.
Someone with extensive experience on implementing, managing and supporting forums/community(Social Business Software - SBS forums)
Someone who can work with stakeholders on providing updates and gathering requirements.
Hands on and can develop using Jive framework and API´s, can make changes to the themes and should be able to do widgets if required
Someone who can work with IT team and vendors to get requirements implemented, troubleshoot, upgrade, etc.
Someone who can work with Jive on daily basis for getting bugs, patches and resolve overall technical and production issues.
Someone who is well versed with administration of communities and technical capabilities. Should be able to add/edit or remove communities as required by business.
Need great communication (written and verbal) skills.
