DUTIES:
• Create or assist in the development and execution of test plans for system changes and enhancements which will include;
- Creating and documenting test cases
- Developing and executing Whitebox tests using a Linux OS
- Executing tests using Web Services SOAP and RESTful protocols
• Actively participate in daily Scrums and project planning meetings
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage by finding bugs, defects and verifying fixes
• Participate in the communication and resolution of complex software issues
• Work closely with all product team members including QA engineers, development, product support, product management and Scrum Master
• Work closely with QA management on process improvement plan

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Passion for excellence in quality
• Experience in Linux/Unix OS
• Experience with Linux/Unix and Shell editors
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development environment
• Must be flexible
• Willingness to expand and entertain new ideas
• Can take ownership of tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
