CONTRACT WEBMASTER SERVICES REQUIRED
Neurosky, located in San Jose, is looking for an outside consultant to provide webmaster services to maintain and monitor our corporate website www.neurosky.com (WordPress). Estimated time required, approximately 15-20 hrs/month.
The requirements for this service are:
-Proactive site technical performance monitoring and maintenance, fixing broken links and images, adding page sections, new pictures, text, fresh content. keeping postings current.
-General programming and ongoing web maintenance.
-Server/database uptime and security monitoring. Example:Installing and configuring a security and monitoring plugin and maintaining it.
-Database management including registering and monitoring users. Creation of any new users for the site and monitoring of existing users. Security breaches on WordPress sites often involve user profiles, enforcing data security, monitoring performance, maintaining data integrity, and recovering information if the system fails. This involves everything to do with the WordPress site and database, making sure plugins are up to date, etc.
