Are you nearing retirement? Do you want to put your skills to use in a social impact organization? Encore Fellowships match seasoned professionals with 20+ years experience in 1000 hour fellowships, at a nonprofit organization, for a $25,000 stipend, networking and education.

A Silicon Valley nonprofit seeks an experienced career coach to help build and run a new career coaching service for their IT program graduates. The program will help alumni gain the skills and support they need to advance their careers and obtain economic mobility. The fellow will provide 1-on-1 support for alumni, including helping them plan their career paths, providing local career resources, and helping them build their own professional networks. Job is a mix of remote and occasional on-site visits.
