Channel Impact is looking for a seasoned Marketing Communications Manager, Level III to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with the organization to develop their communication strategies. The ideal candidate has good communication skills along with 5-7 years experience in marketing with a high tech company. This is a salaried position with Channel Impact that includes benefits.

This remote role is open to candidates within the U.S. and Canada.

What you will do:

Coordinate external and internal communications flow (e-mails, newsletters, etc.)
Write content for program websites
Collaborating and coordinating with other Marketing staff to ensure consistency in media, messages and assisting digitalization & design teams with collateral and content development, revisions, printing and production requirements
Developing, organizing and implementing compelling, relevant communications and marketing action plans that will engage the target addressable market (TAM)
Researching, analyzing, writing, reviewing and editing articles, media updates, copy, digital content, newsletters, and other for print and digital platforms
Execute against operational success measures
Help identify best practices and operating efficiencies
Maintain awareness and understanding of program support
Driving ongoing process improvements
Other ad hoc duties as required

What you bring:

5-7 years communications & writing experience required for a high tech company
Organized with the ability to plan, prioritize and complete work within agreed timeline
Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive with advanced problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to manage stakeholders effectively
Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment
Customer service, super positive, "can-do" attitude
Microsoft Office 365, with strong experience in & comfort with PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
Knowledge of Monday.com and Smartsheet
Proficiency using Webex Meetings and Teams
Partner experience is a plus
BA or BS
