OVERVIEW
Finocchio Consulting is seeking a full-time Program Manager to join our Marketing, Channel Partner solutions, and Communication services team. This role delivers internal communications and operations services to the Global Partner Marketing team within our client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Internal Communications
- Support Manager with developing and executing an internal communications plan with a discipline for cadence (i.e. weekly operations & communications updates)
- Coordinate & execute All Hands team meetings including agenda development, facilitation, and follow-up
- Work with Team Lead to develop & execute a plan for team building and appreciation activities
- Refresh and maintain department's SharePoint site for internal consumption
- Craft employee welcome and departure emails
- Maintain brand compliance on all materials

Operations
- Ensure operational activities and deadlines are reflected on required calendars with necessary reminders
- Moderate and execute Workplace Resource and Human Resource asks
- Support management with internal training compliance reporting
- Work with colleague to manage the Global Partner Marketing Executive Pulse survey including analysis

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS/BA in Business, Marketing, or Communications or related experience preferred
- 5+ years of B2B Marketing and Communications experience, preferably in tech
- Working with a partner marketing, partner program, or field marketing team desired
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 (with attention to SharePoint, Excel, & PPT), Smartsheet, and Webex preferred
- Strong writing skills a plus
- Demonstrated success with project management and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and report metrics
