Next Step Growth is seeking a Sales/Digital Marketing/Business Development representative for one of our client companies. The client provides an innovate, cost-effective way for business owners to resolve business disputes without the high cost of lawyers / court fees.

The founder will soon publish a book and embark on a speaking tour while Next Step Growth continues to expand the client's marketing presence and interest in subscriptions for their service.
To support all of these activities, we need a contract / part-time person in a marketing/sales support, junior business development function.

The Sales/Digital Marketing/Business Development Representative will be responsible for:
- Lead follow-up and relationship development.
- Research, identification and outreach to contacts to schedule speaking engagements,
-     webinars or book signings
- Follow-up with clients and contacts for subscriptions, testimonials and book reviews.
- Research and identification of potential influencers, podcasters, seminar producers and outreach to them for engagement with the client and / or booking of the founder as a guest, speaker, facilitator.
- Social media (LinkedIn) postings, following and engagement with relevant contacts.
- Writing, sending and tracking pitches for speaking, podcasts, events or publications
- Creating and sending personalized emails / campaigns to subsets of HubSpot
- Data entry and management of Hubspot contacts
- Other tasks required to facilitate the client's successful growth.

Requirements:

- Experience with and understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, business development
- Customer service mindset with ability to engage easily with contacts
- Commitment to long-term relationship building – with Just Resolve team, customers, partners
- Digitally (tech) savvy with desire to learn new tools
- Experience working in / with either businesses or legal firms
- Open to coaching in ways to best position, describe and sell Just Resolve,  NDR and subscription plans
- Available to work remotely on Pacific Time
