[KIT-list] Senior Financial Analyst (Remote, United States)

Our client, a private, direct to consumer manufacturing company, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a remote position. To be considered you must reside within the United States and the expectation is that you are available during Pacific Standard Time.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will be curious, a self-starter and can balance efficiency and speed with strong attention to detail as well as a true team player. As an important part of this team, you will provide your strategic analyses and insights to identify opportunities for growth and resource allocation across the business. This role will report to the Vice President of FP&A.

Responsibilities:
• Create financial forecasts, KPI's and dashboards
• Analyze past and current financial data and report on key metrics
• Build strategic financial models and business cases to drive actionable insights for leadership decisions
• Optimize and implement standard financial processes and tools
• Provide financial support for ad-hoc and recurring events, including weekly senior leadership meetings, monthly all-hands, board presentations, quarterly business reviews, etc.
• Develop strong partner relationships across the organization
• Establish trust and understand partner goals

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years of relevant financial experience
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills with experience building and managing complex financial models
• Strong presentation skills, especially related to the creation and communication of executive-level content
• Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships cross-functionally
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and flexibility to manage competing and changing priorities
• An aptitude for financial modeling and communication skills that brings the business story to life
• Experience in developing and improving processes
• High integrity and accountability
• Experience with NetSuite, Looker a plus
• Working knowledge of SQL a plus
