Jamcracker is a recognized software leader in what Gartner terms the "Cloud Services Broker" space. Jamcracker enables Service Providers, Technology OEM's, SI's, Distributors and Enterprises to unify the delivery and management of cloud services(SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, XaaS) to business customers, partners and employees either directly or indirectly through a multi-tiered ecosystem if desired.
We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on, seasoned professional capable of clearly articulating a complex technical value proposition to both the business and technology community within a company.
The candidate is expected to be able to communicate at an executive level with prospects and clients including vice presidents of: product management, product development, marketing, business development, strategy, IT and operations.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the sales organization in all phases of a sales cycle, including education, qualification, discovery, validation; supporting requirements gathering, ROI analysis, technical discussions/presentations and configuration of demonstrations and the designing of proof-of-concept projects. Driving opportunities to closure is job number one.
Demonstrated Experience:
• interpersonal, collaborative, analytical, verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
• understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, emerging trends and impacts of these on customers, partners and competition
• working with strategic partners and system integrators
• selling complex solutions to Service Providers including Telecommunication, Technology, SI's and Enterprises
• 10+ of which 5+ years' experience in supporting a software sales team
• working independently in a small company or start-up operation
Desired Experience:
• identity management (SAML), provisioning, enterprise security, catalogue management, services delivery and management, billing
• understanding of telco OSS/BSS environments a plus
• understanding of enterprise IT environments at an infrastructure layer a plus
• technical challenges involved in delivering cloud services including SaaS, IaaS and PaaS
• requirements for configuring and integrating complex systems
• Web Services, LDAP, Active Directory, enterprise environments
• understanding of Java, XML, J2EE,
• RDBMS (Oracle,PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.,)
