Responsibilities
• Design, build, and unit test object-oriented software in a collaborative environment.
• Interface with 3rd party APIs and abstract out core concepts.
• Passion for developing efficient, testable and well-documented code.
Requirements
• Object Oriented Programming (Java, C++) and design (UML, patterns)
• Relational databases (MySQL) and object-relational mapping (Hibernate)
• Unit testing (JUnit) and documentation (Javadoc)
• Web Services design and integration (WSDL, REST)
• Experience with application frameworks (Spring)
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related major
• 2+ years relevant work experience.
Compensation:
This is a full-time salaried position; compensation dependent on prior experience. Marin pays market leading compensation for top performers and includes equity participation. In addition, Marin pays 100% of comprehensive benefits for the entire family (healthcare, vision and dental), generous PTO and we will expense 50% of commute cost in the form of mass transit or parking space. We are located one block away from the Embarcadero Bart station. This is an onsite position at Marin Software´s headquarters in San Francisco´s financial district (2 blocks from BART).
