Job Title: IP Specialist I
Location: Phoenix, AZ

This position is responsible for break-fix, escalations from other teams, and Remedy tickets. This position has limited configuration access to equipment.
Responsibilities and Duties:
� Receive, research, and resolution or escalation of Remedy and e-mail based support requests.
� Participates in the deployment and integration of new equipment and applications to support company Network Infrastructure.
� Provides direction and support to field and local office personnel in trouble escalations.
� Works with other departments, teams, and vendors to research and resolve first-tier issues in regards to Internet product and all Networking components.
� Monitor, maintain and upgrade Internet circuits and production backbone infrastructure.
� Perform on-call duties as assigned
� Note: All of the essential duties and functions of this position are not included in this posting.
Qualifications:
� Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
� Entry level routing and/or optical certification required.
� Associate level routing and/or optical certification preferred.
� Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access.
� Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
� Must be a self-starter with sound problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
� Must be flexible and a team player.
� Position will require up to 5% travel.
