Senior Project Manager Needed for long term client project. Client is stable, growing.
Local candidates with Local Experience preferred.
Lead project management of development and implementation of communications editorial tool across large organization. The tool is already in use in one team within the organization - the person in this role would help expand the usage to nine other teams in communications to ensure coordinated planning and design across the entire team. Strong project management and the ability to lead virtual teams is a must in this role
Responsibilities:
* Facilitate requirements gathering and workflow/process definition
* Serve as key contact between comm and implementation teams
* Work with comm teams to build change management plan
* Schedule meetings for team consultations, reviews and approvals
* Build comm roll-out and training plan
* Financial management - Manage project budget
* Drive status updates and executive reports
* Oversee project communications to comm stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
This role requires ambidexterity and strong organizational agility; it is responsible for managing project/program initiatives and driving team participation. The following skills are necessary for this role:
* Project Management
* Business Acumen
* Comm/Marketing Functional Understanding
* Teamwork Collaboration
* Consulting Partnering
* Influence
* MS PPT and XLS
