Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience developing large-scale software applications
Minimum 7 years experience developing enterprise backend system
Knowledge in EJB or Hibernate, JMS and RDBMS
Knowledge in SOAP and REST based web services.
Knowledge in XSD, WSDL, JAXB.
Strong knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design methodologies
Strong knowledge in testing methods and processes
Strong documentation skills (interface description, requirements, design and test procedures)
Comfortable with software development processes and tools.
Comfortable with Linux development environment
Comfortable with SVN, Eclipse
Strong in JUnit, Log4j, Ant
Experience in performance tuning and load testing a plus
Ability to write shell scripts a plus
Must be a self starter who is able to define, clarify the unknowns.
Must be able to work in and able to adapt to changing requirements and schedules
Excellent written and verbal communication, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Must be team player
Must be able to work off hours to work with offshore team
