FLOWER CO. is testing new growth channels and engagement loops to improve our customers' experience and retain the best customers in our industry! The Growth Marketer will be joining a team that is rapidly testing and measuring performance. This is an amazing opportunity to be an early hire on a fast-growing team, and having a major impact on our user experience.
Your initial focus will be to launch and iterate on ambassador, affiliate, and referral programs. Reporting to the Vice President of Product and Growth, you will have the support of the product, engineering, and growth teams- along with the resources to experiment. This is a uniquely creative, self-directed, and entrepreneurial opportunity. The Growth Marketer, Programs plays a vital role and is an essential component of FLOWER CO.'S top of funnel customer acquisition strategy. This position is fully remote.
What you'll do
• Develop innovative growth and marketing programs focusing on areas such as ambassadors, affiliates, and referrals
• Analyze the customer journey and make an impact across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation of customers
• Produce regular reports on each channel for leadership review, conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, make recommendations and optimize our channel strategy
• Build, manage and optimize customer acquisition funnels
• Work closely with the Design, Product, and Engineering teams to develop new systems to support your channel efforts
• Test, iterate, and convert working experiments into systems
Who you are
• BS in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in multichannel, growth marketing roles
• Passionate about all things relating to customer acquisition
• Direct experience successfully launching and overseeing ambassador, affiliate, or referral programs for consumer companies
• Strong work ethic, project management, and organization skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to bring an idea to life with minimal supervision
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit and ability to creatively think and hustle to achieve goals
• Ability to work cross functionally at many levels of the org to get buy in, launch, and iterate
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for optimizing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate and advocate ideas as well as execute and be hands-on
• Ability to query and build a story around data
• Professional or personal knowledge of weed brands and consumers a plus
