Project Manager / Business Analyst needed for long term project at a very good client company.
Local candidates with local experience Preferred (Local = San Francisco Bay Area).
his Group provides leadership on the design and implementation of internal collaborative systems and their effective integration into business processes. They do this by partnering closely with business functions, Company's IT team, Sales/Marketing, and also by attending to people, process, and culture through proven change management methodologies.
There is a need for a Project Manager / Business Analyst that can drive detailed requirements, projects and engagement process. The Project Manager / Business Analyst will work on a variety of projects and take direction from Program Managers.
Typical duties that the Project Manager / Business Analyst may be engaged i
- Manage/Drive Web Enterprise projects
- Drive Detailed requirements for Deployment and contribute to Solution Translation.
-* Gathering and analyzing details and client information from a variety of sources and working with the project team to recommend best utilization of resources to improve adoption. Great Stakeholder Management skills/exp.
- Consulting with all levels of employee and influence them in embracing the changing technologies, business policies, processes and/or systems.
- Advising and reviewing change management plans
- Working directly with teams conducting focus groups and doing interviews
- Gathering best practices and success stories
- Managing online communities and related information to address change management and adoption of technologies
- Continually changing and improving processes to keep up with rapidly changing initiatives, client needs, and business goals
- Tracking and documenting projects
The ideal candidate will:
- Understand and be able to use collaborative technologies, unified communications technologies, and social media
- Possess strong knowledge of change management models
- Project Management and Business Analysis Skills
- Use a consultative approach with clients
- Require minimal supervision and work independently.
- Receive only general objective/direction on new assignments
- Possess excellent writing, facilitation, and problem solving skills
- Practice sound business judgment
Have strong Project Management skills
- Work effectively with individual contributors, mid-level managers, and executives
- Be able to take direction from multiple people and prioritize project tasks appropriately
