Role and Responsibilities
1. Support & Maintenance (30%)
End user/desktop client support interaction.
Model Steward support.
Access control creation and maintenance
User admin.
Client & server troubleshooting/problem solving
Change management and problem management
Monitoring and maintenance
Service Metrics (cases, availability etc)
IT Service Continuity Management and service optimization
Twice weekly backups
License monitoring
Automation of manual activity (eg account creation, backups, alerts, monitoring)
Infosec/Security management
2. Project Management & PLC Activity (20)%
Junior technical project management - planning, communications, execution, quality, risks, issues etc
Project Lifecycle - completion of project deliverables to time and quality requirements
Communication - excellent written and verbal
Architecture practice team work and collaboration
Managing development cycle using Agile approach (eg Reporting/BOST Portal)
Testing/Quality Assurance co-ordination
Liaison with the Troux vendor
3. Application Administration & Enhancements (50%)
Deployment of Troux application suite upgrades - work with vendor to configure Troux to run in our environment/packaging of Troux software
Reporting development (Datamart setup and management)
BOST Portal development/configuration (tbd)
Regular metamodel updates.
Data analysis and data importation from external sources collector development
System and data integration with external systems (eg MEMs)
Working with various IT specialist teams and vendors
