Overview

We´re looking for a stellar Director of Product Management to help us revolutionize future releases of our Enterprise Career Management web applications. RiseSmart is the leader in technology-powered outplacement services, focusing on innovative and advanced technology using semantic search and heuristics to help companies going through reduction events give something back to their employees. Our proprietary platform enables a human-powered search infrastructure that allows us to hand-pick and tailor jobs to those in need while providing awesome features, all to help accelerate the time to their next job.

A huge part of this is the user experience, where this role takes a pivotal stance - we´re looking for someone to work within the Product Management team to drive the next evolution of our platform and future applications in the pipeline; think engineer meets strategist- it's a pretty sweet gig. In an effort to sound cool we want you to know that we aren´t just some stodgy HR company, we´re a technology & internet start-up that blends social media, semantic technology, career expertise and an innovative business process to provide a best-of-breed service. We´re dedicated to helping for the greater good as well as creating value in a brand that really works.

We´re small but growing rapidly. This role is a game changer and includes all the perks of a start-up. We´re in San Jose. This is a full-time role, so please, no agencies or contractors.
