Located at our Beverly, MA site, the Program Manager for the Government Business Unit will conduct, develop and produce programs in a formal contract environment with DoD prime contractors. Key responsibilities of the Program Manager role include:

Developing and managing multi-year, multi-million dollar technical development and production contracts that yield successful technical and financial results.
Organizing and leading all proposal activity including task evaluation, costing, schedule projection and writing.
Conducting contract negotiations.
Developing and leading design and development teams.
Customer management, including control of changes.
Managing data and information flow to and from the customer including, where appropriate, the authorship of reports and data items.

Essential qualifications for this position include:

A technical degree (BSEE, physics, etc.) at the bachelor's level.
Experience with Cost Plus Award Fee programs and EVMS experience.
An understanding of the engineering design and development process based upon prior work experience.
Possess understanding and experience in the DOD contract process.
Experience with the FARs and DFARs formal contract writing, negotiation and execution.
Experienced in management tools (MS Project, MRP, and ERP).
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, in an organized manner.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including authorship of required reports.
Experience in RF electronics is of high value.
