Engineering Project Manager for Customer Data Management needed for long term project (1+ year) for a very good client company is public, stable, growing.
Required skills:
Seasoned Project Manager
Manage execution of multiple concurrent projects of different size and complexity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and provide input in high level design discussions.
Ability to drive quality software solutions on schedule and to specification
Identify, mitigate, and prioritize, manage and resolve project issues, constraints, dependencies and risks
Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries
Ability to lead the project team through software design tasks into a cohesive project plan and task estimation
Strong team leadership skills
Driven to meet aggressive milestones
Familiarity with Java, SOA, J2EE, Object Oriented Programming, Oracle is a plus
Domain Requirement:
Experience in Customer Data Integration (CDI)
Customer data management
Standardization of person attributes
Matching merging consolidating of identities and creation of single customer images
Product Experience (any):
First Logic, Business Object DQ XI
Address Doctor
Trillium
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Business Analyst
Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in actual software development or leading development team (direct report)
Education requirement:
Bachelor´s degree in computer science or equivalent is desired
