OTM is seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy individual with excellent IT Analyst skills for Fortune 500 Client Project. Long term opportunity, pay rate negotiable DOE.
**Local candidates with local experience preferred (Local = San Francisco Bay Area)
This position will be responsible for providing analysis, gathering UI requirements, specifications, writing user stories, managing multiple projects from initiation through post-launch implementation and maintenance including mobile applications, and directly communicating project status with clients, team members, and management.
Responsibilities:
• Works with product managers, web designers, users to clarify requirements
• Builds domain expertise and acts as an subject-matter-expert
• Identifies project scope, upstream and downstream requirements
• Provides task breakdown and generates user stories, test cases and mock-ups
• Manages coordination between designers, front-end engineers, back-end engineers, QA and project managers.
• Manages the bug pool, prioritization, escalation and reporting
Desired Skills:
• Strong communication skills, especially written
• Maintains strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations
• Solid understanding of software development life-cycle (SDLC) with fundamental understanding of project management methodology
• Strong Experience with Agile methodologies, especially writing user stories
• Requires excellent hands on IT skills and knowledge
Requirements:
• Preferred 5 years prior Information Technology experience required
• Experience working with Mobile Applications, UI projects
• Minimum: Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science or a related field
