We are seeking a tech-savvy leader who will oversee our internally developed CMS (content management system), contribute to the website content strategy, and manage the production and up-keep of content on the Rocket Lawyer website.



The Digital Content Manager will manage the CMS, identify feature enhancements and work with our development teams to build and launch those features. He or she will also drive the process of publishing content on the website and maintain the integrity and upkeep of that content. The successful candidate is self-motivated and driven, accountable for individual results, and a flexible team player excited to be working in a cross-functional, collaborative environment.



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES



- Become the expert and lead the organization's use of proprietary content management system



- Work with product developers to further enhance content management system and tools



- Lead the technical production of all website content in support of digital marketing efforts



- Create and maintain a comprehensive site-map of all website content



- Ensure all content is maintained and updated regularly



- Monitor website analytics for overall website performance and identify opportunities for site improvements in support of organizational goals



- Assist Digital Marketing team in strategy, development and implementation of major site content initiatives



- Support layout design by adhering to look and feel of products and services; coordinate requirements with the marketing, design and engineering teams; enforce language and style guide.



- Coach and assist web updaters in producing content.



REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS



- Bachelor's degree



- Strong attention to detail



- 3 years of progressive experience in a web-related positions focused on web production, content management, product management or related discipline.



- Proven ability to work well in a team, with multiple content owners and subject matter experts



- Experience working with enterprise content management systems (CMS)



- Ability to write/troubleshoot standards-compliant HTML/CSS



- Experience with web project management and web workflows is a plus
