Solutions Architect/Lead needed for long term project work for Fortune 500 Client Company.

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Solutions Architect/Lead with Geo-location expertise to design and deliver department-wide projects aimed at improving the scale and billions worth of equivalent transactional volume. Must have Geo-Location expertise who is a self-starting, energetic team player with great technical knowledge. Focus will be on architecting and building high throughput, high performance, reliable, transactional services to scale globally. Understanding of SOA, secured protocols (HTTPS), data formats (XML, JSON), performance scaling, and transactional data consistency is key. The Technical Lead will work on aligning initiatives with a long-term technical vision and defined multi-year architectural roadmap, as well as working throughout multiple project life cycles from conception, requirement formulation, to design, implementation and delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Geolocation expert: geo-location experience with mobile, desktop and optimized web.
* 10+ years of experience successfully delivering advanced solutions for a multi-tier, distributed services platform.
* Familiarity with technologies: SOA, J2EE or equivalent, XML, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, Hibernate, Oracle, NoSQL.
* Participate and actively involved in team and organization wide architecture discussions and software development best practices.
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills
* Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or relevant industry experience required.
