[KITlist-Tech] CONTR: Subject Matter Expert | Symantec NetBackup (Santa Clara, CA)

We have a consulting opportunity for a technical subject matter expert having a thorough understanding of troubleshooting the Symantec NetBackup product suite.

Minimum requirements:

• experienced at troubleshooting and resolving customer reported Symantec NetBackup product issues.

• expert understanding of the NetBackup log files used for troubleshooting the underlying cause that created a customer reported issue.

• experienced interviewing customers to gain a better understanding of the issue(s) reported.

Years of experience is less important than technical subject matter expertise for Symantec NetBackup product suite.

The type of roles that may fit these minimum requirements include:

• Tier-2/3 Customer Support Engineer for the Symantec NetBackup product suite.

• Software Engineer experienced with the log files and status codes for the Symantec NetBackup product suite.

• Technical Sales Support experienced with resolving customer issues relating to the Symantec NetBackup product suite.
