We have a contract position in Foster City for a sharp, creative, and versatile Rich Media Banner/Flash Developer. The candidate will design and build Rich Media banners to market games, products, and services as well as support the Digital team on other creative initiatives.

The ideal candidate should combine robust design prowess with storytelling abilities to create a wide variety of rich media banners and deep technical skills to build and execute their designs within industry standards.

Responsibilities Skills Required:

Ability to translate a creative brief into a design that solves the client's marketing and communication needs while following design instructions and implementing within style guidelines.
Concept, animate, and deliver compelling designs and big creative ideas through to completion for small and large projects.
Works with Team Lead and various stakeholders to incorporate feedback into the final piece.
Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests.
Strong organizational skills, with an eye for accuracy and attention to detail.
Write and edit documentation and other instructions as requested.
Experience on large scale Banner Ad Campaigns including Progressive Banner Ads, Pushdowns, Rich Media Units, and Standard Banners.
Must have experience with one or more of the following Rich Media platforms: MediaMind, DoubleClick and PointRoll
Knowledge of industry standards and practices, IAB ad units, SVN, GIT, VAST schema, and knowledge of MRAID
Advanced mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash)
Actionscript 2, Actionscript 3, HTML, HTML5, CSS
Understanding of JavaScript, XML, AJAX , jQuery is a plus.
Debugging/problem solving skills and experience troubleshooting Flash.
Experience with cross browser development
Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced, and dynamic corporate environment.
Works under self and general supervision; reports to a supervisor or manager.
Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
The ability to collaborate with many stakeholders.
Participates in team and client meetings effectively and efficiently.
Keeps team lead well informed of project changes and challenges as they arise.
Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors.
Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion.
Business Oriented Skills:

Understanding of corporate design standards.
Flexible team player who is able to take direction, offer a point of view, and work with a variety of people within the business.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Project Management Skills Required:

Proven experience working on and/or managing numerous projects.
Must be highly organized.
Document creation, filing, powerpoint, excel, file posting on box.com.
Extreme attention to detail, proofing skills a big plus.
Critical thinking, self-starter, with a high passion and drive to produce compelling work.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor���s Degree in graphic design, production art, or related area required.
Approximately 5-7 years of online media development experience in an interactive agency/studio environment.
