Encore Fellowships match US citizens who are seasoned professionals with 20+ years experience, nearing or in retirement, who wish to transition their skills to the nonprofit sector, to capacity building opportunities in the sector.

Nonprofit working with seniors seeks a Program Management and Operations Fellow-- Mix of ONSITE in SF and Remote

- Lead various programs at the organization.
- Manage data reporting and HR activities around the programs

$25K for 1000 hours, 20 to 40 hours/week for 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of conversion to staff role.
