Encore Fellowships match seasoned professionals, who are US citizens, with 20-25+ years of work experience and nearing retirement with positions in nonprofit organizations to transition skills and learn about nonprofit work.

Positions are 1000 hours, typically part-time for a year, with a $25,000 stipend, education in the sector and networking with other Encore Fellows and hosts.

A nonprofit working with underrepresented youth is looking for a person to do Program Management and Program Development. Must have experience with underrepresented youth or work in a community organization developing and running programs for youth.

Stipend: $25,000
Work: 1000 hours, typically part-time for a year
