Channel Impact is looking for a Product Manager, Web Marketing, who will implement and execute the company's key marketing initiatives across all digital marketing channels. You will identify and realize opportunities to create business value through marketing technology products and features. This is a highly cross-functional and visible role where you will manage the website's product lifecycle and roadmap, deliver solution design for end user interfaces, interactions and visuals. To succeed in this role, you must be able to adapt quickly to change, drive digital experiences successfully, and keep an eye on competition. You are curious by nature and unafraid to take initiative.

This is a full time, 4 month contract opportunity, with possibility to extend, as a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.

What You'll Do:

● Manage and optimize the digital marketing technology stack based on industry standards, testing and research. This includes website, corporate blog, all microsites, and all international sites.

● Serve as Web Marketing product owner in Agile-driven software development projects, creating and prioritizing user stories for the development backlog.

● Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and to translate business needs into technical execution for Web Marketing related projects.

● Build design and user-centric digital/mobile-first experiences for website and across

the digital marketing ecosystem.

● Partner with the brand & creative team to ensure all web design complies and amplifies the brand.

● Partner with content strategists and product marketing on digital personas, IA, templates, and page-level UX.

● Advocate persona-driven UX strategies throughout the design and content development process. Leverage research data to continuously improve personas.

● Use A/B testing and heatmaps to present and validate design thinking, and balance business and user needs.

● Gather data from key stakeholders, consumer insights, data science, marketing analytics.

● Regularly review and monitor competitive websites and trends in web design, user experience,SEO and conversion best practices.

● Create and maintain documentation to support scalable growth and communication within the Web Marketing team.

● Work with cross-functional teams to support Web Marketing initiatives and launches.

● Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (QA) on new digital content and functionality, ensuring accessibility for users (i.e. across devices, browsers, operating systems).

● Lead and participate in vendor evaluations for marketing technology with stakeholders,

purchasing, legal and security teams.

● Identify opportunities to measure key drivers and potential gaps in the digital experience that will drive future enhancement efforts.

What You'll Bring:

● 3-5 years' of experience in product management or UX design with a track record of measurable results.

● Experience with CMS tools -- managing content, authoring, editing and publishing.

● Experience designing and driving enhancements for corporate marketing websites.

● Proven ability to drive cross-functional projects to completion with Marketing, Engineering and IT teams.

● Solid working knowledge of current Web technologies, including CSS3, HTML5, SEO and web page optimization and digital analytics.

● Expertise in software product management and Agile methodology.

● Must be able to demonstrate how their UX strategy and design work lead to the creation of beautiful and effective digital experiences.

● Must be an expert in wireframing, prototype development, UX & UI design, and responsive and mobile design.

● Expertise in common UX design software such as Sketch, Axure, InVision, Photoshop, or similar tools.

● Fluent in modern (responsive design) web standards, languages, platforms, image optimization techniques, digital graphics fundamentals.

● Experience with enterprise-grade personalization tools and strategies for B2B marketing.

● Highly organized, a self-starter who can manage multiple priorities and simultaneous tasks, accurately scope requirements, and meet deadlines.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills.

● Ability to anticipate needs, innovate, multi-task and positively adjust in a fast-paced environment.

● Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
