Channel Impact is seeking a Senior Analyst, Marketing Analytics to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with a wide range of business units, with an emphasis on Marketing, to provide data-driven guidance and enablement for core selling motions. You will also be responsible for running key initiatives geared towards improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the overall marketing funnel.

This is a full time, 6 month contract opportunity, with possibility to extend, for a remote worker within the U.S. or Canada.

What you will be doing:

Work collaboratively with the various Marketing functions to define and align on key metrics and targets for each function, automating reporting via Tableau dashboards
Monitor and analyze Marketing metrics to highlight areas needing attention
Build, upkeep, and detail key Marketing dashboards in Tableau
Address deep-dive questions from the Leader of Customer Insights & Analytics and the Marketing leadership teams in a digestible and actionable manner
Serve as the connective tissue, working cross-functionally with the Marketing and Sales functions to drive key insights and actions
Improve operating processes, execute high-priority projects & help drive key Marketing and Sales initiatives within the organization

You're a great fit if you have:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience
Deep analytical roots: you use frameworks, data, and analytical tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to help structure the team's thinking, facilitate alignment across multiple senior stakeholders and reach insightful, actionable answers to challenging and ambiguous problems
A strong understanding of core Marketing functions, objectives, and KPIs
Detailed familiarity with Salesforce, and an understanding of how key Sales and Marketing metrics are derived from data in Salesforce
An appreciation for the importance of user experience when it comes to consuming data - you understand that dashboard building is more than just showing the right numbers
Hands-on experience coordinating projects across the business to identify areas of improvements, and implement solutions
Clear, compelling presentation skills: quick, high-quality analysis, data visualization, and presentation storylines
Experience communicating with senior leadership to drive alignment among business stakeholders from divergent functions
A deep curiosity rooted in data, combined with the ability to communicate across a variety of stakeholders.
