Project Coordinator

We are looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator who can facilitate, coordinate for a Large Project Managerial Group
The responsibilities include :
Coordination and facilitation
Project Tracking and planning
Some resource scheduling
Resource Planning and Coordination
Independently running the meetings
Strong presentation and communication skills
Some Project management experience or skills
Good communication skills
Some budgeting and financial analysis experience
SAP system is being used for their PO tracking, budgeting etc.
Shoudl be able to gather data from mulitple groups and collate information accurately
Reports to head of Group
Stromg MS office skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
