UX Sr Product Manager (Please Local Candidates) ( Ideal candidate has technical background in UX and either has or wants to move into Product Manager role)
Description
As a Product Manager-UX you will be an integral part of the team that defines the consumers interaction with EcoFactor's Award winning energy management solution. You will define the UX for products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and UX understanding, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand our customer's problems, and find innovative ways to solve them.
The position will work closely with the senior executives to define product vision and priorities and be responsible for execution.?
Duties and Responsibilities
Product Strategy
Own product UX road map
Articulate execution and vision to all internal stakeholders, team members and executives
Discovery & Definition
Vet and prioritize all new product features
Lead all consumer research initiatives
Gather feedback from internal product users
Create product requirements documentation (specs, UX etc) for all features
Work with development team to drive feature development and release schedules
Develop and own all product metrics
Requirements:
5-7 years experience in Product Management/UX developing consumer web products as a lead product manager with track record of launching new products
Ability and experience managing, collaborating, prioritizing and defending product roadmap with/?to C-level executives
Ability to deconstruct large functional initiatives into small (2-3 weeks) successive development cycles
Strong requirements gathering/?documentation and ability to create UX work flow
Experience developing and analyzing business metrics/analytics
